Proverbs Chapter 2

3.  when (ki #3588) you call, (qara #7121) for Distinctive Understanding, (Binah #998 from Bin), and give (natan #5414) your voice (qol #6963) for Reason, (Tebunah 8394 from Bin),
4.  if (im #518) you seek for, (baqash #1245) it as silver and search longingly, (chaphas #2664) for it as for hidden treasure, (matmon #4301 from tamam),
5.  then you will Understand, (Bin #995), the Reverential Fear, (Yirah #3374), of the Living One (יְהוָֹה YHVH #3068) and find, (matzah #4672) the Knowledge, (Daath #1847 from Yada) of God.
6.  for the Living One (יְהוָֹה YHVH #3068) gives, (nathan #5414) Wisdom, (Chokmah #2451): from His mouth Knowledge, (Daath #1847) and Reason, (Tebunah #8394).
7.  He stores, (tzaphan #6845) Sound Insight, (Tushiyyah #8454), for those who do Right, (Yashar #3477):  He is a shield, (magen #4043 from ganan) to those who walk Blamelessly, (Tom #8537 from Tamam #8537).
8.  Guarding, (Natzar #5341) the Paths, (Orach #734) of Justice, (Mishpat 4941), and Keeping, (Shamar #8104) the Way, (Derek #1870) of the Kind, (Chasid #2623 from Chasad).
9.  Then, (Az 227) you will Understand, (Bin 995) Righteousness, (Tzedeq #6664) Justice, (Mishpat #4941) Impartiality, (Meshar #4339) and all (kol #3605) Good, (Tov #2896a) course (magal #4570).
10.  Because, (Ki #3588) Wisdom, (Chokmah #2451) will come into, (bo #935) your heart, (leb #3820) and Knowledge, (Daath #1847 from Yada) will delight, (naem #5276) your soul, (nephesh #5315).
11.  Discretion, (Mizimmah #4209) will Keep, (Shamar #8104) you, Reason, (Tebunah #8394 from Bin), will guard, (natzar #5341) you,
12  to snatch, (natzal #5337), you from the way (derek #1870) of bad, (ra #7451 from roa), from the man who speaks, (dabar #1696) perversity, (tahpukah #8419);
13.  from those who leave the straight/upright, (yosher #3476 from yashar) path (orach #734) to walk, (halak #1982) in the way (derek #1870) darkness, (choshek #2822);
14.  joyful, (sameach #8056) to do bad, (ra #7451) rejoicing, (gil #1523) in the perversity, (tahpukah #8419) of bad, (ra #7451);
15.  whose paths (orach #734) are crooked, (iqqesh #6141 from aqash) and who depart, (luz #3868) from their course, (magal #4570).
16.  To snatch, (natsal #5337) you from the strange, (zur #2114) woman, (ishshah 802), from the stranger, (nokri 5237) who flatters, (chalaq #2505) with words, (emer #561 from amar).
17.  Forsaking, (Azab 5800a) the companion, (alluph #441) of her youth and forgetting the Covenant, (Birith #1285) of her God, (Elohim #430).
18.  For her house sinks down to death, (maveth #4194) and her course, (magal #4570) to the deceased, (rapha #7496).
19.  All who go with her do not return, nor reach the Paths, (Orach #734) of Life, (Chayyim #2425 from Chayah).
20.  So walk, (halak #1980) in the Way of those who do Good, (Tov #2896) and Keep, (Shamar #8104) the Paths, (Orach #734) of the Righteous, (Tzaddiq #6662).
21.  For the Upright, (Yashar #3477) will dwell, (shakan #7931) on the Earth/Land/World, (Eretz #776) and the Blameless, (Tamim #8549 from Tamam) will remain, (yathar #3498).
22.  But those who do bad, (rasha #7563) will be cut off, (karath #3772) from the earth and the treacherous, (bagad #898) will be uprooted, (nasach #5255) .
